Standard Dispatch Times
All artifacts are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Serial-numbered items such as the Sovereign Travel Folio are hand-inspected before departure and may require additional processing time of up to 7 business days.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping — United States
Standard Dispatch: 5–10 business days — $6.00 Priority Dispatch: 2–4 business days — $18.00
For Sovereign Travel Folio orders: Classified Dispatch — Standard: 3–7 business days — $8.00 Priority Dispatch: 1–3 business days — $22.00
Mixed Orders
Some artifacts are produced and dispatched by our fulfillment partners and may ship separately from items dispatched directly by the Office of the Consul. If your order contains both types of artifacts, expect two separate deliveries arriving on different timelines. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
International Dispatch
The Sovereign Republic currently ships domestically within the United States. International dispatch is under consideration for future drops. Join the classified registry to receive intelligence when international shipping becomes available.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your dispatch confirmation email will contain your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your artifact has not arrived within the estimated dispatch window, contact the Office of the Consul at hello@thesovereignsupply.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 3 business days.
The Sovereign Republic is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or customs processing for international orders.
Address Accuracy
The Office of the Consul dispatches to the address provided at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments once they have been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@thesovereignsupply.com and we will do our best to intercept the shipment before dispatch.
